Just space, conversations, and the right people to help ideas take shape.
Does 1215 help ideas become real?
Yes — but not like a traditional incubator. Ideas here grow through conversation, curiosity, and voluntary collaboration. When something wants to take shape, we help it take its first steps without cohorts, KPIs, or formal programs — just the right people at the right moment. Think of it less like rows of seedlings planted on a schedule, and more like a wildflower meadow — ideas emerge organically, and the community nurtures the ones ready to bloom.

Yes — membership is currently free for those who want to take part. This may evolve over time.
How does 1215 make money
For now, it doesn’t. 1215 is nurtured by the people building it — a community first, a business second. As ideas bloom into projects or ventures, simple, fair revenue-sharing may follow. Growth happens the same way ideas do here: slowly, transparently, and only when the time is right.
Where are the sessions held?
Sessions take place in inspiring physical spaces close to our home base, with the potential to grow into new locations as the community expands.
Virtual sessions
All our sessions are in person — we don’t do virtual meetups.
Are drinks free?
Not exactly. We encourage each person to buy a drink for someone else — an easy way to spark conversation and build new connections.
